• You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our customer support team.
• For subscription-based services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• One-time services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
• Cancellations of custom projects or solutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project stage and resources allocated.

• Refunds for subscription services will be prorated based on the unused portion of your current billing cycle.
• One-time services cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a one-time service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Custom projects or solutions may be eligible for partial refunds, determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

For eligible services, we offer a 14-day trial period. If you're not satisfied with the service during this time, you can cancel without any charges. After the trial period, standard cancellation and refund policies apply.

We aim to process all cancellation requests within 2 business days. Refund processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

In cases of service disruption, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond your control, we may offer full or partial refunds at our discretion, even if they fall outside of our standard policy.
